Welcome to the Houston Chapter of NOBLE (National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives). On behalf of the Executive Board and the Membership, thank you for your continued support and loyalty to NOBLE’s mission.
NOBLE Houston is dedicated to partnering and collaborating with our law enforcement partners at the federal, state, and local levels and the community we serve. We cannot do this work without the community, and to that end, our mission is and will always be to strive for equity in the administration of justice while being committed to “Justice by Action.” With this mission, we will continue to build trust through respect for each person we encounter, transparency, and upholding the integrity and nobility of law enforcement.
